“Sanford suggested that I contact Nurse [Connect] because I didn’t have anyone that could drive me home after hip replacement surgery. I spoke with Jackie, one of the principals, said she was available to help me. She is an APRN & MSN with many years experience and definitely knows what she’s doing. I spoke with her by FaceTime a couple of days before surgery and she provided a lot of good advice to get my home ready. She answered all of my questions and is friendly and professional. She was waiting for me when I got discharged and helped me get settled in. She reviewed my discharge instructions and made me a written and simplified summary that was helpful. She went and got ice for the pain. She has called to check in on me twice since the surgery and answered a couple of questions I texted her with even though it was outside regular business hours. And the price was quite reasonable. I feel well taken care of and I’m really grateful that they’re available to provide this much needed service. I would not hesitate to recommend Nurse Connect to anyone that is in need of the service. Excellent all around. Thank you
